This happens every saturday night for me, they dont accuse me for drugs usally they accuse me of drinking or street racing, i got a pulled over one night because i was crusing around (following my friends, going speed limit, maybe even a mph less) and i get pulled over because he said we were going to go street race it was snowing out! i even told him stright up that if it wasnt snowing i might be racing but i woulnt even think of it in the snow, he gave me a warning for racing? and then i got a 5 day tag for loud exhaust, blue lights, no front lisence plate and not having proper seating/seatbelts (i also only had my drivers seat in, but i did not have anyone else in my car. Saturday night is my only night off, so its the only night for cops to bust on me, its usally the same one and he always follows me

cops are bull shit, this one cop in town i got 7 tickets from allown, i have 9 tickets total, the 7 from that ass hole is jsut him busting on me

some cops are cool , i mean we do have a few cops in my town that when I see them ill pull over and talk to and shit. hmm my sister just got a job 2 days ago as a dispatcher so maybe she can get me out of stuff now

Awesome thanks guys. That makes me feel better that someone knows what im talking about. Is it like leagal for them to follow you around the city? I feel like selling my car and starting all over by building a sleeper.

i've been pulled over 3 times, 2 was to give me speeding tickets which i earned, 1 was for a tail light out.
ive been thru one spot check in my car, didn't have id, didn't have insurance, I was just on my way home from working a big banquet at the reasturant i was working at at the time. i had been cleaning beer off tables and had 2 myself cause my boss was sharing. i don't drink and drive but 1 or 2 over the course of the nite won't hurt. i also had one more take home beer sitting behind me seats. so i'm amazed my breath and cloths both didn't reak like booze. they talked to me, asked me if i had been drinking, i said now, and they let me on my merry way. cops are just regular people, some are mean, some are nice, some are just to stupid to be either.

That sucks dude, but I don't think going to court will help much. 99% of the time, the judge will be on the cop's side anyway, and while they did seem to go over the top with the following/harassing; they didn't like throw you out of the car or arrest you or anything seriously out of line. So I doubt anything will happen when/if you go to court.

I have been pulled over 4 times since I've had my liscense and that is going to be one year this friday. First one was being in a park too late and got kicked out before I even parked, second one was pulled over for loud exhaust and let go even though i was tested and my exhaust was 110db and the legal limit is 95, third time got a ticket for 83 in a 70, and fourth time was a report of street racing but we got let off.

let the damn cops follow you. if you're doing nothing wrong they have absolutely shit. drive 5 miles under the speed limit and ride your brakes the whole time. take 5 hours to get where you're going. if they pull you over, tell them you werent doing anything wrong and they can go fuck theirselves.

people have rights man, fuck what the cops say. if you arent doing anything, they cant do shit.

They sounded bored to me.
Perhaps it was the fact that you were darting in and out of parking lot's whenever you saw a cop was near you?
Perhaps the fact that you switched cars and ended up in the parking lot of a drug house?
Perhaps it was the fact that you had no jacket on and it's 5 degrees out...maybe they thought you were on something and couldn't feel the cold.
Perhaps you shouldn't have cruised around the same neighbourhood that all of this crap happened in...that you knew had at LEAST six cops in it?!?

Perhaps it was just a shitty night and leave it at that...no point in going to court...if you think you have to...talk to a lawyer first and see if it's even worth the hassle...
