1992 BUICK PARK AVE, Wont' Start

Battery is good, starter and solenoid good, altenator good, has one click and no start and no sound, won't turn over. probelm has been intermitent until now.Will turn over if you by-pass the starter, but won't stay running.
Dash lights will come on when you turn the key to try and start.

I think you have problem pass key system if security light is on the car will not start i think you have bad key cylinder
