clutch Question

Ive been having a problem lately. As i release clutch and it starts to engage my car shakes( not like stalling but like a slight buck for bout 2 seconds) unitl it gets it into gear. anyone know of what could be wrong. had some one look at it and he told me it had something to do with the flywheel causing the shaking. clutch is pretty new.
