Its my brothers exploder. The 4 wheel drive button isnt lighting up.There are 3 relays rear driver side.I dont know where the relay is at for the actuator motor?I wanted to check it out before he spends money on new actuator. Anyone have a link or maybe a friend with a link to a diagram.Thanks.

Re: wiring diagram

Everyones shift motor goes bad and there is next to zero chance of an electrical problem. These are easy to take apart and clean. This site has details.

i had the same problem with my '92 EB. I'd hit the switch on the dash and got no light (the switch or the instrument panel) but i heard a click from the relay in the cargo area. I took the motor off of the transfer case and took it apart. I cleaned it with some electronic contact cleaner and put it back together and it has worked perfect ever since

Re: wiring diagram

btw, the three relays in the back are for your taillights and trailer connector...not the 4wd...the box located about 1 ft. further forward is for the 4wd...Good luck
