FB's are they worth it?

i have a lead on an 85 rx for very cheap but it needs work now i wanted to know if it is fairly easy to do a 13B or 13BT swap and would it be worth it at all to try and turbo the 12A carb engine

also whats the most HP that you can get out of a 12A carb?

thanks for any input on this

Re: FB's are they worth it?

I have a friend with a 12a carbed that puts down 14's in the 1/4. As for the swap, you'd have to first switch the car over to EFI,then worry about the mounts and the rest of the custom fab you'll need. Oh,and they do make turbo kits for the 12a's.
