unlocking the radio on a 2000 s40

I just got my car from the body shop (which is 300 miles from me as I moved while it was being fixed) and they can't find my owner's manual and I can't seem to unlock my radio! I have my radio code but can't seem to get it entered sucessfully. Can somebody tell me how to enter the code?????

was this ever fixed, I am having the same prob, the stupid dealer wants me to pass to reset the system to get my radio to work, I hate dealers!
Please let me know!
