Fuse for Power Windows on 98 Jetta VR6

The manual says it is located above the relays. I can't seem to find the fuses that they speak of. I can feel them with my finger, but can't see them and I am afraid if I pull them I will not be able to put them back.

You will need to get down under the dash with a flashlight. You are looking for fuse #14. Mike.
