Question toyota chips

ive got a 93 toyota pickup with a v-6 3.0 it dearly needs more balls, and i was thinking about puttin a power chip in. is this possible for a 93, good idea yes no, can it hurt the engine and where would i fine them. any help would be much aprecheated. thanks

If you need more power try putting aftermarket headers (downey type) and some type of k&n filtercharger kit on the engine, so she breathes better. This upgrade will give you 20 to 30 more hp

yes it will the kn fipk will give you up to 26 and like 2-3 mpg
