Help!!!!???
i got these generic ic pipes that are wannabe greddy..... i installed.... it kept popping off...... so i put the stock ones back on. now it seems like i lost so much performance..... even more than i had before i put the aftermarket ones on... god damn.... somebody help!!!! should i just reset the ecu cut i took it apart like a million times...... and yes i did drive for like 1/4 a mile when the pipes popped off.... god damn... car seems so slow!!!!!!!!!! help me.... what can i do?...

resetting the ecu can't hurt ... i read somewhere that after you add aftermarket parts you are supposed to reset the ecu.

I flared the ends. How did you reset the ECU? |

you will have to get the ends flared like said above then you will not have any problem with them coming off and yup that sucks because i had made the lower intercooler pipe and didnt have the end flaired and had the same problem and i know it sucks. good luck.

REsetting the ECU will more likley hurt than help, for a short time anyway. The ECU constantly adjusts. If your parts make any difference, it will compensate within 5 minutes of idling, and 10 minutes of steady cruise.
Flaring the ends is the best thing to do. I just use some vice grips or channel locks to bend the end out slightly. You can also spray some hair spray on the end before you slide the coupler on
