Re: 60-64 Impala for export
Hi Bill, Ive been watching 60's Impala prices for a while now. Just bought a real original 62 Impala coupe for restoration up in the Yosemite foothills for $6500. I waited quite a while for that one to turn up. There are cheaper cars around but the $1500- 2500 range cars are usually missing windows, trim, interior or are total rusty bombs. They seem to be getting pretty high $ for finished cars. Supersport options and 409's of course are top $ cars. Im not saying they dont turn up occasionally but solid California black plate cars are starting to get scarcer. Take a look on E-bay and see what they are fetching to get an idea of values across the US. www.Craigslist.com is a more Sanfrancisco Bay and surrounding area source worth checking every couple of days. www.cars.com can be searched by make and year, some good cars list there. Best of luck in your search. Pete.
