What will heaven and hell be like??

What do you think Heaven will be like? As far as what one will experiece while in heaven for eternity???

What do you think Hell will be like. As far as what one will experience and see while they are in Hell for eternity???

I believe that they will be different for every individual that believes in heaven and hell. Heaven for me will just be a perfect world with no pain or worry. What will Hell look like? The Never Land Ranch comes to mind.

Hmm...I don't think anyone could be too sure what Heaven could look like, although I'm sure that heaven will be a perfect place with no pain or anything, and the way I look at hell, hell is this horrid earth that we walk on every day. I mean think about it, how many ignorant a$$holes do we have to deal with everyday?

Heaven- Bunch of clouds, god's office, Angels who do lap-dances and plenty of beer. and pies.

Hell- Lots of fire, rocks, pain, agony, suffering, George Bush..

Ok, heaven and hell are both explained in the bible. If you want to know, read it and stop saying your own opinions and read the cold hard facts.

You cannot tell people to stop stating thier own opinions about what heaven and hell are, because their is no proof of how either actually is so it IS a matter of opinion and personal belief. The Bible is not cold hard fact it is the just the common belief of Christians, granted they invented a popular view of heaven and hell its not the only possiblity.

But besides that I'm not really sure about my belief on heaven and hell because it is hard to imagine a heaven with no work or problems when overcoming challenges is an important part of entertainment. But on the hell side I can imagine lots of things to fill the criteria.

I agree with Mike on this one, we're not bashing Christians or anything, or anything they believe in, but no one knows for sure exactly whether or not the bible is stating "cold hard facts". To put it plain and simple for you, you can't go telling someone to just up and read the bible, maybe they weren't brought up on the same beliefs you were, and you can't go trying to force someone to read it, when they might not even have any use for it. I think it's old, severely outdated, and totally irrelevant to our current every day life. I mean how in the hell could someone turn piss into wine (or whatever the hell they did) without tripping on some wicked-assed PCP or something of the day? It kinda makes you doubt who you "god" might really be. I think I'll stop there, because I feel a christianity bashing coming on.

P.S. I just thought that I would say "Cold Hard Facts" once more, since I've said it almost a million times in this post.

Based on your description of what a cold hard fact is...""cold hard facts". Everyone who was around at that time is dead now, so they can't tell us whether or not the bible is really true, and is stating the "cold hard facts" or whether it might be a bunch of b.s. "...then I believe Abraham Lincoln never existed and the Gettysburg Address was just made up and the imaginary Lincoln didn't read it. After all everyone who was around then are dead now so there is no one to prove he existed.

Dude, you really need to cool it on showing us how pious you are. I respect your highly religious beliefs and all, but you should stop forcing your beliefs on everybody else. People are free to think what they want, and if they have different views on what Heaven and Hell are like, then hey, cool. The Bible isn't made up of cold hard facts, it is made up of ideas. But that is just my opinion.

I agree. Someone should just close this thread. It's pointless to try and have an open-minded discussion on religion when there's people trying to shove it off down others' throats.

Yea, every religion thread has been shot to Hell by a few individuals (I will spare saying names). I don't think we can get one good religion thread going ever.

It would be impossible to get a "decent" religion thread going on here because of some people who claim to be open-minded about things are really biased as all hell when it comes to their own religion, and they won't give anyone else the chance to express their point.

Actually these last few religious threads were going along pretty well until a few individuals (I will spare saying names) decided to put in their 2 cents in after the thread already went it's course.
