Question How would you fix-up a 95' Honda civic or 04' Honda civic?

I am a many of many question, and in search of many opinions...

I would like to test your mech. skills at this question, and possiby improve my mech. skills...who knows...

So how would you fix up either a 95' Honda civic or a 04' Honda civic,
4-2 door or hatch back, sedan or coupe.

You would ask in the proper forum. Which is where I plan on moving this thread.

Sorry. There was a glitch along the way or I am losing my mind. The thread showed up in the Completely Off-Topic forum so I was going to move it here. Bizzare. Sorry for the last post.

I think your question is a little too vague; what do you mean specifically by "fix up?" Are you looking thought to fix a problem with a car or alter it (motor swap etc)?
