onboard computer?

I got my 01 2.0 GLS a few months ago, and I've never had the computer. I didn't know if all jettas came with them or not, but the owner's manual seems to think so. if mine just isn't working, how do I fix it?

Re: onboard computer?

If your question is if you have the computer it should be fairly obvious. I dont know exactly as to the '01, but on most A4 bodies the MFI computer option took the place of the digital clock in the tachometer unit. It should have memory and mode buttons. If you do have the MFI then start with fuses, I believe fuses 11, 15 and 37 all are involved in instrument panel functions.
