cars vs. planes
I know it sounds weird, but it has happened many times. Most recently, schumacher faced off against a Eurofighter in his F2003-GA. My question to knowledgable AF members out there is when else has this happened. Is it something that is very rare or do these things happen "frequently"?

i have only seen one other case of it happening and that was the viper going against a jet. it keeps showing up on the internet, i believe the viper wins if i remember

i have seen a viper go against the jet car that has the record for landspeed on like discovery channel. it was funny cuz for the first 1/4 mile the viper was way ahead, then, when the viper was going bout 120, the jet car passed it like nothing else. it was hilarious cuz the viper looked like it was at standstill going 120.

haha. Didn't something happen like this in the 30's. I wasn't sure but for some reason I remember hearing about something like this that started the whole thing...
