Question Xenon Lights Flickering

As recent as the other day, my Xenon Headlights started flickering off & on while driving at normal highway speeds. I then had to drive home with just Fog lights for the remained of my commute.

While driving with the Xenon bulbs Off at this point, I could hear a clicking sound at the same pace as the Xenon's were flickering... Very odd, because the clicking was very faint. In fact, it was the same clicking sound you hear when you switch the Fog lights on....

Hasn't happened again since, but I am very concerned?

Any help would be greatly appreciated...
