runs great for about 10 min or so then floods out

I have a 91 chevy surburban 350 5.7 TBI. When you start it it runs just fine. then after it warms up and in motion about 10minutes it starts to flood out and die.. but it starts right back up. changed the fuel filter and plugs... There is a lot of gunk in the pc vale hose and in the vacum inlet to the base of the tbi... does it just need to be cleaned?

Hi, I just went through a similar problem with my 89. Look in the forum under 89 suburban stalls at 40-50 mph. That was always about 10 minutes after leaving home on a cold engine heading down the highway. I changed tons of parts and drove my GM mechanic friend and mechanic brother nuts until we got to the real cause, a $15 pickup coil in the distributor. Hope yours is something that simple. Pete.
