The car has two drivetrains. It started out front drive front engine, then he took a different drivetrain, put it in the rear of the car backwards.

they had a car similar to that in an issue of SCC a while back.

it was a Hyundai Tiburon with one engine in the front powering the front wheels, one engine in the back powering the rear wheels, and 2 automatic transmissions. he put the front transmission into "drive" and the rear one into "reverse", and did a burnout. the car reportedly was englufed in a ball of smoke and was struggling to go either forwards or backwards, and then eventually because of this, the car started to spin on it's axis while still burning out.

would be a sight to see...

There is a video of that floating around somewhere. The quality sucks, but it's still a sight to see.
