Re: sportish lookin car

i reckon it looks cool. just a recommendation, i think that the perspective and rear proportion needs to be a bit different, like making the rear larger but keeping the rear wheel about that size.
yea thats about it...just practice proportion and perspective and u'll be sweet. it is hard, i still struggle a bit with it.

Re: sportish lookin car

I think if you need to do 1 of 2 things, because the angle is off. For you to have that much or the rear end showing, I do not think the car should not recede in that manner, so you can either change the rear end make it shorter or shorten the overall length, does that make sense? It is just my opinion, though.

well, the car itself seems a little too long and a bit high off the ground.
ditto about the perspective, you need to practice that a bit, but i like the design of the car.

Re: sportish lookin car

the rear, side and wheels look like the all match, but the rear and side window look out of perspective maybe because it seems as if the roof is showing and from that angle it sould not. it is hot though has that aggresive low to the ground feel. And I like the way you have rendered it.

Re: sportish lookin car

oh really...I thought I did it right...the roof as being parallel to the rear and all.

Re: sportish lookin car

you definitely have the right idea, i think that this one is the best proportionally: http://gazler.com/users/whitepawn/r1.jpg
...however ur highest priority is the length. could i please print it and see if i can show you (in my opinion) the correct proportions? im not 100% sure but i think that if u change the length, all of the other problems will become more appparent

by all means do so.

abt the proportions on the 1st pic...its the same as the 2nd and 3rd. I tried using the same dimensons and all.
