1999 silverado wont go in 4 HI, any ideas?

the switch is probably bad . i have had to replace a few of the ones in the blazers.

The switches themselves are of great quality and will last many millions of operations. The construction of the switch cluster has a defect however. The switch can be rebuilt for $14.00 and should never go bad again for the lifetime of the vehicle. There is a 2 year warranty on rebuilt switch or full refund.
