Weird Electrical Gremlin?
What is up with this-on my 89 LeSabre, when I turn on headlights, the instrument lights go off, speedometer stops working and the turnsignal indicators and hi-beam indicator lamps all come on!
This is pretty freaky-is it a bad switch or something? |

Re: Weird Electrical Gremlin?
Well, I just pulled the panel under left side of the dash and did not see any grounding wire anywhere.
Can someone please help me out here, I have no dash lights at night just the turn indicators and bright light indicator are on. Speedometer doesn't work when lights are turned on either. |

I checked the battery ground, that's ok. Guess I'll have to pull the panels and check around again. I didn't check before because it was intermittent. But now it's constant. Maybe this weekend I'll get a chance. Around the emergency brake you say?
