Front air dam drags

Is there a way to secure the bottom of the air dam so it doesn't catch on parking blocks or the curb? Mine is bent way out of shape.

You will have to drill holes all along the guard and secure it to the frame with a mechanics wire. You will not be able to reuse the original holes as they have breaks in them.
