96 gsr - help
i have a 96 gsr and every time my tach needle passes about 3500 rpms i get an annoying rattle, and on the highway if im cruising at about 70-75 the rattle stays and is rather annoying, i already have a new cat because mine was recalled, so i know its not that - did anyone else have this problem, if so what the hell is it?

sounds like the heat shield for the cat or worn shifter bushings

I have a 95 GSR and mine started rattling at 3500 because of the heat shield for the exhost manifold where the O2 sensor is. It would rattle between 3500-3700 very weird.

Re: 96 gsr - help
is the fix as simple as tighting the bolts or is a new heat shield required? im not having this problem yet, but just for future reference
