Question Smoking Vents?? Help please!

New User here. Really goofed up. I had my cruise control set at 70mph and I accidentally bumped my shifter into neutral (automatic trans). I didn't know I did so until I redlined at about 5700 rpms. Stupidly, I slapped it back into drive and smoke poured into my car. The car drives normally, but when I put the heat on, smoke pours in through the vents.
What could this be?? All my hoses are in tact.

Interesting. What does the smoke smell like (Burned wiring, antifreeze, or other)? Does the smoke continue as long as you have the heat on, or does it clear up after a while? Does it just do it with the fan on, or does it have to have the hot water flowing too?
