Talking killed a bmw

Well one of my friends drives an imported (from germany) 87? BMW 325 2dr and he always talks shit how he can beat my 92 lude si. I havn't had a chance to race him till this morning on the way to school. Well at first I was behind him driving on a hilly 4 lane so I decied to see if he can backup the shit he talks. So I pull up beside him and (going about 45 drop it to 3rd and floor it and pull a car on him and low and behold ahead of us was a freshly red light. So we pull up and he revs me on so I rev it to about 2500 and drop the clutch. Since I have shit tires i had a crappy start but right off got about a fender on him and slowly pulled away from him. When I hit 3rd my sweet spot my car just took off beating him by about 3 cars. I think this was the best monday morning I've had in a long time. (sorry its so long)

hate to tell you but 87 325's are not all that quick. my roommate has a mint 87 325i convertable with the 2.5 engine, he also has the sport package offered by BMW at the time, all that was some cosmetics and i think a slightly more aggresively programmed computer. Oh and don't forget the VANOS (sp?) His car can tail mine but i can easily pull on him.

Now if your friend has the 2.7 liter model then he would really lose, this one is an economy version, not as quick and not as many goodies.

Now my roommates is the us version, I have no idea what would be different on a GDM??? haha had to say it guys...
