rough running; hard start

hi y'all:
just signed up to this forum. & would like to get some help on a '84 crown vic. w/ about 213k (30k on a rebuilt engine). had the fuel pump replaced and toilet bowl injectors also. the problem is that it runs rough and it will not restart after shutting off (either cold or hot); I have to wait about 1/2 hr. for it to start.
Just to add: it has new spark plugs, wires, module, fuel pump, filter.

Any thoughts will be greatly appreciated

Thanks
Jon L

do you have spark at coil and does it inject fuel when key is turn on, If not, it may be the crank position sensor if the coil and module test good.

Re: rough running; hard start

what does it do when you try to restart it? what motor? running rough can mean alot of things as well. Try to be more descriptive....
Might want to check for broken vacuum lines.
