Exclamation New Interior Help

I'm about to start on the interior of my Ranger and I would like some opinions, and help with trinketts and things to put in it... Im a trinkett person, so if you know any good websites that have the little extras like rearview covers, and things to hang on my rearview, and to put on the dash and in the vents and things, I'd really like to deck it out with stuff. after I get the interior painted, I'd like to move in so to speak, and so I 'm starting now on gettin this stuff together... any suggestions at all are welcome, I want to hear what all everyone has in their vehicles and such, Thanks.
