Powerchip vs. Star Chip

I am currently planning on getting a performance chip for my 89 E32. I've been getting other performance parts together so I can do the upgrades all at once.

Right now I'm finding it a little hard to decide between a Powerchip or StarChip and just wanted to know if anyone could offer personal experiences with either one, or even another alternative. I've already seen data sheets and received a lot of comprehensive information from Powerchip and Im still needing to review the information for the Star Chip. I'd appreciate any input.

I have just installed a Starchip in my 730i V8 and it has improved everything, low end torque, hesitation, top end torque etc. I am very pleased with it. The original BMW software was flawed. The difference in price between the two is the main factor. According to my research, I do not think that there is much difference in performance gain. The people at BBR were very helpful.
