is jetta and bora the same ???

hi there...
i am asking this for my cousine... is the european version of the volkswagen BORA the same as the american volkswagen JETTA??? i'm a newbie to volkswagen sorry and thanks

Pretty much.. the Bora comes with some more engine options I believe. THat is about it. other than that though they are the same car with a different name.

there ARE some differences. some examples that come to mind are the headlights, in europe they come with front and rear fogs...also they use different headlight bulbs.

bora jetta?

bora is the jetta 4(new body style) the Vento is the jetta III, both German names.. if you go to germany thats what they are called
