Cold Air Intake

I am just about to buy a '02 WRX, my first mod will be a cold air intake, does anybody have a link to side-by-side comparisons or know of a really kick ass intake? Also, if you have an intake, why did you buy the one that you did?

i bought an XS engineering kit cuz i saw its dyno results in import tuner. but there is really no difference. intake doesnt add a hell of alot of power neways. but since i was doin research not to long ago on intakes. ill list u all the intakes i found

or if ur on a budget u could just get Greddy Airnix Filters, K&N Filters, or Apexi Filters cuz alotta these intakes cost alot.

Hey, I asked a similar question a few weeks ago, and most of the responses from experienced people pretty much concluded that unless you have already done some "serious" mods to your car, new intake wouldn't do much good. Especially CAI's can do more harm than good. Stick with your stock intake until you've done other "proven" mods have been done to your car.
