Does a 92 zc dizzy have to be hooked up to an obd1 ecu?

If its a 92 dist, it should run on obd0, but you may have to use the crank angle sensor from a 1g teg. That's what I had to do...

a 92 dizzy most definltely needs to be run on an obd1 ecu..there's no way around.. the gears inside have a different number of teeth I believe.. (something like that
)..if you want to run it obd0... grab and 88-91 ecu..

that's not true. I am using a 94 dist with my z6 swap, and it works fine, as long as you rewire it right. The internal crank angle sensor is different, i think, and that's why I ended up using the separate sensor on mine...
