body kit help

I have a 99 grand am se, ive seen 99 se's w/ body kits and the doors dont have the siding on them that the stock ga's have. do you take those off and how ????

yes you take the side molding off. there held on by clips to the door. check out www.andysautosport.com www.aedcentral.com www.importfan.com and theres another kit that is on ebay (cant remember what it is)

why do you want to put a body kit on a grand am. i may just be biased b/c i have a crappy 95 but a grand am?

Why do people put them on civics, mustangs, trucks, and anyother car/truck on the road? The answer is simple people want to customize there car to stand out, why do you think the aftermarket has grown so much in the last few years? Go to those sites and check them out, maybe then you will understand why people do it.
