George's day - you help?

Big George "The Barf Bag" Bill Jr. was walking down the sidewalk on his way to the novelty cake store, when out of a shadowy alley in front of him appeared Little Bob McPoober. He wiped his crooked, tooth infested, smile from his round face and said softly: "Where you going, George?"
Just then George heard: "Yeah, George - where you going, you still owe Fat "Body Bag" Fimon, that novelty cake money you haven't spent yet."
Barf Bag George turned around, and saw not more than four feet from him, the scraggly smothering remains of Herbert "handshake" Baker, his former partner in whale removal.
George responded: "I was just going to the - the bank of novelty cakes to get the money, yes that's it - the novelty cake money I owe."
"No you're not, you're coming with us, sucker" said Mr. "distanced relative"

"I'm not coming with you!" shouted George, he pulled from his pocket an exploding ceramic cactus grenade, and jumped out of the 14th story window, and landed unharmed on the back of his cohort in crime's back - the back of Jimmy the wonderful dolphin tax collector and flew to his moon base.

"Damn!" Said a chared McPoober as he looked to the moon with his remaining two good eyes "He got away on that darned Dolphin."
"I knew we should have shot it, but we ran out of body bags." lamented Fimon. So they jumped into the scumobile and headed back to the lair of Dr. "GoodSoda" which is located in a partially collapsed warehouse built inside an active volcanoe.

No further explanation will be provided.
