'94 Grand am SE engine swap?

Hi, I need to know if a engine from a '94 Grand Am SE 2 door w/2.3L Quad OHC will fit into a '94 Grand Am 4 door with a single OHC?

do you mean a 2.3 quad with DOHC will fit into a 2.3 quad SOHC??
