Do your flashers work? You may have to break your column down and with a volt meter, start checking for voltage to the turn signal switch. If you got power to it, turn the left and right blinkers on and check for voltage going out. If no volts are leaving the switch, theres you answer, is voltage is leaving it, I'll post with more later. The heater fan is not connected to the signals, although you may have a bad/loose ground which can cause both these problems. A short, even a screwy ignition switch can cause this. I'd check the grounds, mainly under the dash. Check all the wiring real good under the dash on the steeing side, then the column. Check for voltage with the flasher as well. I hope someone else will post with help cause this info is lessons learned from the 93 we have. I can't see it being much different though.

Re: All turn signals quit. Heater Fan stopped.

The flashers do work. I was looking for grounds under the hood and took off a couple of screws into the firewall , sanded them down and put back but to no avail. I also removed the lower steering column shroud and was just looking and playing with wires. My mother said sometimes she used to bang the steering wheel or adjust the tilt up and down and both turn signals and heater would work. I do own a voltmeter but only know how to test battery voltage. Any help would be appreciated.
