I know it has been cold here in Ontario for a few weeks now, but my temperture gauge is only going to the 1/4 way mark. I am getting warm air, but not what I think I should be getting.
I picked up a thermostat thinking to start there. When I looked at where I think the thermostat is located... I was flabergasted. Is is at the end of the top hose, into the engine top, under lots and lots of stuff that has to be removed to do a 10 minute job? or is is located somwhere else? If, unfortunatly it is where I think it is.... Is there an easy way to get at it without dismantling half the engine? It is a 3100 by the way. Re: Changing Thermostat.. 2000 Century
No easy way around this one! You ought to try doing this for a living. I have to be able to do this just in under 30 minutes even if you bring the car in hot!
