95 F 150 want start

Let me first start by saying thank you for all those that are going to be looking at my posts and answering. I have a 95 ford 150 it is a 5.0 and it is a standard. I have spark and fuel, it will turn over but just not start. it only does this when it is raining. I am at a loss and i have no ideal what is wrong. I have a new starter, cap and rotor. i have a new igintion. Please help thanks

Try spray some wd40 on the dis cap it will take moister out.
Just a subjestion.

I have a 1988 F150 with 5.0 with the same problem. Have you found a solution?
