96-98 Civic front end to 98-00

I heard from a friend that the front ends (hood, headlights, bumper, fenders, and grill) from the 98-00 will bolt on to a 96-98 Civic. I like the 98-00 front end alot better than mine (btw i have a 97 Civic Hatch CX), anybody know if this is a direct bolt on? because i've seen people that say they have an 98-00 Si front end conversion and wondered if this is a direct bolt up or do you need mod's to do it...thanks...
