Re: door panel

DOOR PANEL REMOVAL FOR MERCEDES-BENZ 124 BODY STYLE

1. REMOVE 2 SCREWS FROM ARMREST
2. PRY OFF SEAT CONTROL KNOBS AND RETAINING SEAT CLIP FROM POWER SEAT CONTROL ASSEMBLY
3. PRY OFF DOOR LATCH COVER-REMOVE PHILLIPS SCREW
4. REMOVE SCREWS FROM LATCH TRIM
5. PRY BACK PLASTIC TRIM @ TOP OF DOOR HANDLE & REMOVE ONE 10mm BOLT.
6. LIFT UP FIRMLY ON BOTTOM OF PANEL TO REMOVE PANEL CLIPS FROM DOOR FRAME. (CARE MUST BE TAKEN TO REPOSITION BRASS FASTENER CLIPS UNDER REAR WING WEATHER TRIM BEFORE REINSTALLING THE WEATHER TRIM STRIP. PEEL BACK THE RUBBER & REPLACE THE CLIPS. PLACE BRASS CLIPS ONTO WEATHER TRIM STRIP AND REINSTALL THE STRIP). pkmaven
