the best car

i have a 96 honda civic hx with about 116,000 miles on it. i am considering selling it so i can get an integra, but im lost on how i can build the fastest car, without blowing all my $$$$$ on the whole project, and comming out with a slow ass car. options i have are:
keep my civic, get an engine swap to a b18a,b, or c1
sell it - buy an integra - ls and turbo/supercharge it
or buy an integra GSR and turbo/supercharge it
which would be the best option, because i can't do an engine swap myself, so the cost of instalation + the engine and shit - would it be better to just do that - or get a teg? im confused

My suggestions, go to www.google.com or www.amazon.com & search for Honda/Acura performance books. Invest $100 into some good books & save yourself possibly thousands of dollars spent on useless parts.
