my drivers side rotor is loose... when i take off the tire, i can sit there and move the rotor like pulleing and pushing... without taking or loosing the bolts... is this normal or is it fuked up? how do i fix it?

Nothing to worry. In fact it is better if the rotor is loose. The brake pads will self adjust better and have a better chance of wearing evenly.
It is the wheel bolted on the hub that holds the rotor in place. |
