Unhappy 3.1 to 3.4

I was wondering if naybody knows of website that can tell me what is involved in coverting a 3.1 to a 3.4. I know there is one out there but I can't find now. Also if anybody has any advise that would good also.

well over at www.gmperformancetuing.com the created of the site has a 3800 s/c on his 93 ga and theres another person there that has a 3400 in their beretta. check it out and ask around
