97 hard to start

Would the radiator fluid be the only thing to make it hard to start in the cold? It seems the colder the harder to start.

Possible low fuel pressure? Have to check to be sure but try turning the key on and off a couple times to cycle the fuel pump before actually trying to start. If it starts up better, have the pressure checked and be ready to spend serious money on the pump assembly.
