Exclamation Super weird noises

When the van warms up it makes this really odd noise, its hard to explain the noise, kinda like a gurgle, boiling, bubbling kind of sound. When you check the oil after this noise starts, the dipstick comes out with bubbles on it?!?! Any one know what this might be?

A head gasket leak can put combustion gases into the cooling system. If it is a small leak it will cause the cooling system to bubble in the overflow tank. I heard bubbling after I killed the engine. Everyone told me this was not possible because the coolant would become to hot causing the engine to overheat. I could drive for hours and the temp never got above normal.
