'91 Legacy Turbo

I just test drove a '91 Legacy Turbo 5 spd w/ 152K on it. They are asking $2500 for it. The check engine light is on and it kind of hesitates when accelerating. If these are signs of major problems please warn me. Thanks.

Be careful--I bought a '92 Legacy Turbo for $3300, and after some fairly major service inspections, my Legacy still has some hesitations. About all it could be (after replacing spark plugs, fuel filter, etc.) is the fuel injectors or the fuel pump. I'm praying it's not the pump! Proceed with caution my friend--they are great cars and I love driving mine, but I could be in for some major expenses pretty soon.
