90 crx power loss problem.

Hello guys, Im new to owning a honda and need some help.

I have a 1990 crx dx completely stock AT trans. It has a freshly rebuilt head. The problem im having is strange. It idles fine no miss or anything. I tach it up to about 3500 and the engine stutters a little. I drive it around and it has hardly no take off power and when i try to kick in the passing gear it does the complete opposite and boggs down. I am getting 2 codes. Code 1 (oxygen) and code 16 (fuel injector). It seems to be acting like its running off of one injector.The power has also went down alot. I also gutted the cat cause it acted like it was stopped up. Could that be my problem?

I just took the top of my air box off and it helped the stutter but i still have considerable power loss. Could my O2 sensor have gone bad? Any suggestions anyone?
