new member here - quick question on ebay intake
Hello everyone !!! I just came across this forum and i'm so glad to see fellow Aurora owners !!!
Hopefully this forum will provide me with lots of valuable information on my 97 Aurora. Looking forward to exhange information ! have quick question - the aftermarket isn't all that great and i think we have to work with whatever we can find , recently i came acroos this intake on e-bay http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...K%3AMEBWA%3AIT what do you guys think about it - will it yield any performance gains or its just "noise maker " I'm affraid that plenty of low end power will be lost with it. I know there is some performance to be found in our quiet and luxury type V8 intake system thanks in advance for all the inputs IronKrakus |

Re: new member here - quick question on ebay intake
thanks ! looks like its waste of money - my brother had similar intake on his 97 Nissan maxima and it sounded awsome coupled with downpipe and aftermarket exhaust. The downpoint was the engine lacked low end power.
thanks again !!! IronKrakus |

Re: new member here - quick question on ebay intake
Look for the posts on this forum about modifying your current intake. You will get much more performance and sound out of doing this rather than getting the eBay gimmick.
