Re: Black Tail Lights

Neither, they're hideous. Stick with the stock ones, or at the very least, if you have to change it, change it to the exported Camaro taillights, the ones that are solid red on the outsides, then solid yellow, then solid white. I'm referring to the taillights that went on the Camaros bound for Europe...

I don't like them much either...maybe some simple smoked covers...

Re: Black Tail Lights

Every time I see a camaro on the street with a set of them lights I want to follow him home, shoot him and break his damn lights. Sorry, but it's my opinion that the camaro looks perfect the way it is. Why mess it up with frilly shit? If it's functional to the performance of the car, then yeah go for it..like some of these nifty hoods they have out now, or even some of the after market ground effects that actualy do improve aerodinamics. But stickers, lights, spinning rims, lit up exhaust pipes, thats all rediculouse to me.

Burn: My Car is black but Ill problably paint it red it gets too fucking dirty too fucking fast besides the fact that the paint is all scrashed and I like the color red on camaros.

1992RS: LoL: it was just a thought I have never seen a camaro with those kind of lights even thought the bottom one are not that ugly I know that the top ones are fucking ugly.

Ill look for a website where I saw some tail lights that look good Ill post it later

i agree with 1992RS, the people that do that shit to their camaros do need to be shot..... repeatedly...... then shot again for good measure.

Re: Black Tail Lights

Lol, sorry to say but i have a set of clear tail lights on my camaro they're much better looking than these ones you have posted here and on my black Z they look amazing. I get countless comments on how good they look on my car. Yes I agree that these ones look shitty, but I have to say that I love the clear tail lights I have on my car, definitely better than the standard rear lights which look too dull and boring. But obviously my taste is different to everyone elses on here

Re: Black Tail Lights

yeah, its all personal taste, i dont like the ricer look on anything, and cant figure out why people do it, but then again, im a redneck, it dont have to be purdy as long as its fast i would go with smoked, im looking to completely black out my car, tinted windows, black paint job, blacked out rear lights and smoked headlight covers. and accent it with 17in chrome torque thrust II rims. and raised white letter goodyears. as far as your clear tail lights Zwrangler, you also own a civic, need i say any more

Re: Black Tail Lights

went outside one day that i was bored, took off my tail lights and side markers, sprayed a couple of coats of clear-coat on em, and theyve never looked better. hell of a lot cheaper than them euros and a whole hell of a lot better lookin. covered up the little scratches in em too, look real purdy and all shiney like.

Re: Black Tail Lights

wax does the same thing, and its not as messy as paint. perhaps more maintanaince intencive, but id personally just feel weird spray painting my tail lights.
