My friend just bought a new jetta wolfsburg. I have to say I am quite impressed. He paid the same price as my 2002 G20 Sport and it seems like he got more goodies. He let me drive home the other day, and I was able to formulate a second opinion. IT'S NOT A G20!
The shifting seemed sloppy, seats were not as supportive, and there is no room in the back seat. Leather felt cheap. I liked the turbo power, fit and finish were flawless, lots of standard features (Airbags,2 more speakers, windows roll down with a twist of a key). I should also mention that the keyless remote is not working and a airbag sensor went bad. I guess the G wins here. |

I like the Jetta too, the wolfsburg has the 180hp turbo right? I have driven my friend 150hp 1.8t Golf...not very impressive in power and shifting...clutch is too light...but i think they have a different feel on the wolfsburg
I like the flawless finish and the blue/red guage on it...but i dont think the monsoon 8 speakers system is that good, think the Bose unit on the G20 is a little better. |
