Tune-ups for my 97 3000gt

Hey I'm new to the forum and I need some advise on increseing the power on my car. I just got a 97 3000gt-SOHC,and I'm not considering swaping for the VR4 engine cause that's just way overbudget for me. However I plan to do the following, tell me what you think:

Mods
1) exhaust
2) cold air intake (do they make them for this car?)
3) headers

Do you guys known of any other modifications that I could possibly do to this car?

Heya, welcome to the forum, and congrats on getting a 3kgt. You have a SOHC? Haven't seen many of those around. That's a QT model right? But yeah anyways, your mods sound good, and yes they do make intake for the SOHC too. 3SX makes them.... http://www.3sxperformance.com/intake.asp or you could just go to ebay and look for a used one. It's the same thing.
