whats faster in a straight line?

i have the choice of getting one of these:

1992 Dodge Stealth TT
or
1992 Mitsubishi 3000GT VR-4

In the 1/4 mile what car is faster and what are that stats for them?

0-60 and 1/4 mile

the 3000gt has active aero, the stealth does not, other than that and body panels they are the same. get which one you think looks better.

I don't think either car is faster than the other, since they are essentially the same car. It would all come down to driver, how well the car has been taken care of, how many miles it has, what kind of tires are on it, etc. Stats are similar. 0-60 in mid to high 5's and 1/4 mile in about 13.8...

Since the performance is identicle, get the VR4. Sorry to my Stealth brethren but the 3000 has sharper trim lines.

Yea, that black bar on the front of the 92's just looks soo sexy

I will admit that for the 94+'s the 3k's do win the looks race.

You can buy the Stealth cheap, and then do a 1999 3kgt front bumper conversion. Side skirts I think look okay, but you'd have to get rid of the hideous Stealth spoiler. The '99 3000gts are godly looking.
